Welcome to the website of Pooja Butte Patil Foundation (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us” or “the Foundation”). 1. Use of the Site

Donations made via the Site are voluntary and may be subject to the payment provider’s terms and processing fees. Donations are used in accordance with the Foundation’s mission. Once made, donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at the Foundation’s discretion.

From time to time, the Site may allow you to submit content (e.g., stories, comments, images, or feedback). By submitting content you grant the Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display the content on the Site and in promotional materials.
